Deliveries will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
Please note we can only specify delivery costs on products to mainland Britain (Onshore England, Scotland and Wales), excluding the Scottish Highlands. All deliveries are by Royal Mail or a courier selected by us.
We can also send our products to other countries in Europe and worldwide,but you will have to contact us and we can arrange the best form of post to suit your needs
We do our best to secure delivery within the stated timescale of your order, but are usually able to dispatch goods within 2-3 working days, to arrive with you within 4-7 working days of your order. However we shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we can’t deliver within 30 days we shall notify you immediately and try to agree an alternative date with you. If we cannot agree an alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the cost of the goods and delivery charge.
In some rare cases (only when clearly stated), larger and specified items that are coming from our warehouses abroad will take longer to deliver, ie if you are ordering large hand crafted furniture or made to order items and they are located in our Moroccan or Indian warehouse expect up to 30 days to deliver, but this is always stated clearly.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note that the shipping cost and transaction charges through paypal will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged. We cannot accept the excuse that they are different from the items ordered unless you are clearly sent the incorrect product.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations may occur and may differ slightly from the picture online. These variations are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and we regret such complaints will not be accepted and items cannot be returned or refunded for this reason.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.
If the actual cost of shipping the item exceeds the cost charged at the time of the order, the additional amount will be deducted from the refund of the cost of items.
